- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 small zucchinis, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 5 carrots, diced
- 5 celery stalks, diced
- 5 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 small chorizos (~150g each)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2L chicken stock

- Put everything in a large pot
- Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, until vegetables are cooked
