Preparation
- 1 cup (200g) of butter
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of raw/brown sugar

- In a large bowl, cream together butter and both sugars.

- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until well blended.

- 2 cups of flour
- 2 1/2 cups of ground oatmeal (son d'avoine)
- 1 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 tsp. of baking soda

- Add flour, oatmeal, baking powder and baking soda.
- Mix well.

- 100g milk chocolate, grated
- 1 1/2 pkg of chocolate chips
- 1 pkg (150g) of pecans, chopped
|
- Add grated chocolate, chocolate chips and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Take about a tablespoon of cookie dough and roll into a ball and press it down gently into the shape of a circle on an ungreased cookie sheet
- Space about 1” (2 ½ cm) apart
- Bake for approx. 16 minutes
- Cool on rack for 10 minutes
