Preheat Oven:
180°C
Size of loaf pan:
23cm
Preparation
1/2 cup (100g) of butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
2 eggs
2 cups of mashed bananas (approx. 5)
Beat in eggs and bananas
1 3/4 cups of flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
Stir flour and baking powder into batter
150g of chopped walnuts
Stir in walnuts
Grease and flour loaf pan
Pour batter into pan
Bake for 65 minutes
Let cool for approximately 10 minutes before removing from pan
