Preparation
- 100g dark chocolate (55% cocoa)
- 100g butter, unsalted

- In a "bains-marie", melt chocolate and butter over med heat
- set aside
|
- 1 3/4 cups of sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
|
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended
- Add melted chocolate mixture to eggs and stir until blended
|
|
- Add flour to mixture and stir until smooth
|
|
- Add chopped walnuts to bowl and mix well
- Grease and flour pan
- Pour mixture evenly into pan
- Bake for 37 minutes
- Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting
